STIR FRY NOODLE
CANTONESE STYLE
Ingredients :
2 stacks Dry Rice Noodle (Asean Grocery Shop)
2 sticks Chinese Sausage/Pork sausage, slice in pieces
5 pieces Peel Prawn, add a bit of salt and 1 tbs
cornstarch to marinate.
4 leave Chinese Cabbage, slice in pieces
10 grm Bean Sprout, rinse in water
2 Eggs, beaten and add some water
Cooking oil, black soya sauce, pepper, steam fish sauce
or oyster sauce
Method :
1. Soak the Dry Mee Hoon in room temperature water
for 10 min, drain and put mee hoon on plate. Do not over soak it will turn soft.
2. Heat wok, add slice sausage to gently fry till slightly
tossed, remove and put on plate.
3. Add oil to wok, wait till the oil is hot , add egg
to gently fry, when harden , remove and put on plate.
4. Heat Wok, add some oil and garlic, fry till slightly
tossed, add slice cabbage and peel prawn, gently fry
for 2 min, remove and put on the plate.
5. Heat Wok with oil, add noodle, dark soya sauce
and oyster sauce continue moving the noodle in
the wok till all the sauce is well blended,
6. Add water around the noodle, let it soak up the
water.
7. Optional : sugar, pepper according to your taste
8. Add bean sprout and gently tossed in the noodle,
follow by egg, sausage, cabbage and prawn.
9. Serve and garnish with chop coriander or slice chili.
