Note :  Firstly,  my condolence to Mr Allen family, especially who died at such a young age.

                There is a big question mark that why Mr Allen died and how he died.
                It seems like there is a big conspiracy in his death.

               Why it takes so long for the authority to uncover the loop hole in the social welfare system and
               to stop people continuing abusing it and being trapped in it ?
