*Fainted in the bathroom*

*We always hear people stroke and so on after falling in the bath.  Why haven't we heard of falling elsewhere?  When I participated in a healthy lifestyle course, a professor from the National Sports Council who also participated in the course advised not to wash my hair first while taking a bath. I should wash other parts of the body first.  This is because when the head is wet and cold, blood will flow to the head to warm it.  If the blood vessels narrow, it is likely to cause the blood vessels to rupture.  As it usually happens in the bathroom, be sure to raise your awareness to avoid this happening again.  *

*1. Wetting starts from the sole of the foot.  *

 *2. Calf.  *

 *3. Thighs.  *

 *4. Abdomen.  *

 *5. Shoulder.  *

 *6. Pause for 5-10 seconds.  *

*We will feel like steam/wind is overflowing from our body, and then take a shower as usual.  *

*Wisdom: It's like a glass filled with hot water, then filled with cold water.  What happened?  *

 *The glass will crack ⚡!!!*

 *If our body...what broke?  *

*Our body temperature is very hot and the water is very cold, so if we shower the body or head directly, the wind should be trapped or fatal due to blood vessel rupture.  *

*This is why we often see people suddenly fall into the bathroom.  Due to the wrong bathing method, we may have a stroke or cause migraine.  *

*This bathing method is suitable for all ages, especially those with diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and migraine/headache*
